You should only download this app if asked to by a trusted support agent. You cannot use the app without a PIN which will be supplied to you by the support agent.
BlipScan will run a quick scan of your device and share the results with the support agent to help them troubleshoot any issues you are having with your device.
It will not gather personal information like passwords, messages, photos, app content or the apps you have installed. It only gathers details about the state of your device such as how much storage you have free, your signal strength and what features are turned on.
For full transparency, the app will show all the details it sends to the agent. After we have closed the support event, information such as your IP address and device name are wiped.
